Over 6 weeks, you'll complete 18 targeted sprint workouts, each designed to build speed, power, and control—so you can drop time in your 50 or 100 and finally train like a true sprinter.

What’s Included:

  • Minimal gear recommended just a kickboard and paddles


Flexible for any pool size:

This program can be completed in a 25-yard, 25-meter, or 50-meter pool.
If you train in a 50-meter pool, the sets written as 25s can simply be swum to the halfway point and finished at the mid-pool mark, a simple on-the-spot adjustment.

Awesome program!!

This program is a gem!! Just what I needed at the right time. I’m a triathlete who used to swim continuously without a structure or plan expecting to improve my pace until I found this video of Kaitlin’s talking about “yardage garbage” that got my full attention.
This program is so well structured and so well thought out I’m happy to report in my first week I dropped my pace considerably!
Don’t expect an easy swim! It’s challenging but you will get addicted to it! I’m so looking forward to where this program will take me at the end of the 6 weeks!
