The Need for Speed training program is just perfect. Each week you are pushing yourself to the max, but the focus is on the quality rather than quantity. I was able to flex the programme as well as I needed to focus on IM and breast for our upcoming counties. Results were spot on … 2 golds, 2 PBs and breaking into the top 10 in the UK for my age group of 45 plus. I couldn’t have been happier with results and will be using this for the build up to nationals 6 weeks out.
This training program is super easy to follow and a great tool to dial in any level of swimmer to help get to that next level of speed. I was able to follow this program and track my progress week by week, check in with my goals, and smash my competitors! Woo Hoo! I cannot thank Kaitlin enough for always being available for a quick tip and the encouragement I need to keep getting out there and enjoying the journey along the way. Thanks Kaitlin!
A few buddies and I recently did a team CrossFit competition and one of the events included swimming coupled with synchro worm movements. The worm is a long sandbag that weighed 150 pounds and required coordination and communication to move it efficiently. That's not important though... what is important was the swim which is what the main focus of the event was. We are not great swimmers by any means, so we decided to purchase Kaitlin's 6 week swim program that was super reasonable in price and very extensive in the programming. We really enjoyed what she had programmed and we believe that it helped us do as good as we did in the workout. We placed 3rd out of 58 teams in the event, and it helped push us towards an overall 1st place podium spot at the end of the day. I would def recommend to anyone whether a high level athlete or just someone looking to become a better swimmer to check out Kaitlin's course. She was super quick to respond too whenever we had any questions about what some of the vernacular meant, and like I said we aren't swimmers at all so we had plenty of them. 5 out of 5 stars.
